Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic fresher teachers to provide engaging and effective instruction in various subjects for students from Class 1 to Class 12. This recruitment is for roles across our classroom programs, online tutoring platforms, and personalized home tuition services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting dynamic and interactive teaching sessions (in-person, online, or at student’s home).
- Developing and delivering comprehensive lesson plans aligned with CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, or IB curriculum.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Communicating effectively with students, parents, and administration.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant academic field.
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
- A strong passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles and environments (classroom, online, one-on-one).
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! Prior teaching/tutoring experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Salary:
- Highly Competitive! Earn between ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 per student per hour for weekly 5 days per month. (This is a per-student, per-hour rate, not a fixed monthly salary. Your total monthly earnings will depend on the number of students and hours taught.)
Work Schedule:
- Weekly 5 days, flexible hours based on student and tutor availability.
